Hi, I’m Victoria, aka Vicki
I’m a product designer and researcher with over eight years of experience shaping forward-thinking solutions across enterprise and consumer products. Based in Orange County, I'm currently a Senior UX Designer at SAP.
My path into design began with environmental design, where I developed a passion for human-centered problem-solving. Today, I bring that same curiosity to digital products. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across roles including UX designer, interaction designer, communication designer, researcher, strategist, and program manager—shaping a multidisciplinary perspective that treats digital products as interconnected systems, not just individual screens.
With both in-house and consulting experience, I specialize in bridging the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. My approach balances user needs with business outcomes, grounds decisions in inclusive research, and applies systems thinking to create clear, scalable experiences.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending quality time with my favorite people.
