In a rapidly evolving technological landscape, SAP must anticipate disruptions and proactively shape the future of enterprise experiences rather than simply reacting to change.


Foundational and generative research revealed strong demand from both organizations and workers to unlock more value from their workforce and technology. However, mainstream tools have increased collaboration strain rather than enabling adaptability.


This presents an opportunity for AI ecosystems to help workers navigate organizational knowledge effortlessly, freeing them to focus on strategic and exception-based problem solving.

I conducted evaluative research with employees of SAP customers—the end users—gathering feedback on opportunity areas and proposed concepts. Responses were highly positive, validating our hypothesis that an adaptive, AI-native system aligns with the future experiences users want and need.
