ADP Nexpert
ADP Ventures partnered with frog to build a pipeline of direct-to-consumer product concepts and define the MVP for the strongest opportunity: Nexpert. This project focuses on the MVP experience design of Nexpert, grounded in extensive user research with two core user groups.
As a UX designer and researcher on the team, I created the initial designs by translating research insights into a clear product vision, and conducted usability tests to validate the designs.

The traditional concept of retirement is shifting.
Many workers approaching retirement are seeking continued work—whether for financial stability, purpose, or connection—but often feel their skills and experience are undervalued in an increasingly ageist job market. At the same time, employers are struggling to hire with an increasingly saturated and noisy environment, especially for temporary and contract positions.

Visual Style: Larger type and WCAG 2.0 AA–compliant contrast ensures high legibility for our target users and reduces visual strain.
Workflow Transparency: All steps of a flow are visible, with inactive steps collapsed and labeled, helping users focus on the current task while anticipating what’s next.
Browsability: Jobs can be browsed from the home page, creating a familiar, intuitive experience similar to platforms that older workers are familiar with, such as Facebook and Craigslist.
Relevant Filters: Filters focus on what matters most to older workers: flexibility, location, and part-time or post-retirement opportunities.
